When you order through WhatsApp or email, we receive whatever you send us directly — typically your name, phone number, and the service you're requesting. Our website itself does not have a login yet, so we don't hold an account profile for you.

We use your information to confirm and deliver your order, respond to questions, and keep basic records for support purposes. We don't use it for advertising.
3 How orders are handled
Orders are currently arranged manually through WhatsApp. Our website does not collect or store payment card details — any payment is agreed and completed directly with you at the time of your order.
4 Sharing your information
We don't sell your information. We may share the minimum needed with the underlying service provider (for example, to activate a subscription on your account) and nothing beyond that.
5 How long we keep it
We keep order-related messages only as long as needed for support and record-keeping, and take reasonable steps to keep them secure.
